Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

PLEASE double check your cart before ordering. Once an order has been placed we CANNOT make any changes or additions to your order.  Any order you wish to have canceled will incur a 5% cancellation fee of the order total. Additionally any order that has been processed to ship cannot be canceled.

First class shipping is available for any packages under 15oz. First class shipping takes 5-7 business days for delivery once the package has been shipped. This option does not include any insurance. 

​

Priority Shipping (recommended) is available for all packages. This shipping option has expedited delivery which is typically 3-4 business days. Priority shipping includes insurance on your package through the USPS.

DELIVERY

We ship to the address listed in the order confirmation. Any packages returned due to a wrong or incorrect address will be reshipped at the cost of the purchaser. Quick! Take a glance or two and double check your address is right.

Please be aware that once a package is shipped, the USPS often does not update package tracking information until it is delivered.

Tracking information is provided on all orders. Sew'd Up Customs will only respond to requests to track orders that have gone beyond 14 business days from the date the order was placed.

​

Any package that is returned to the sender by the USPS and canceled by the customer is subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Sew'd Up Customs does not accept liability for any packages after they have been accepted by the USPS for delivery to customer. ALL LOST, STOLEN OR RETURNED packages are the responsibility of the buyer. In the rare event of a USPS failure, please contact them with any questions or concerns.

Defective Merchandise or Wrong Item Received

If you've received a defective item or received a wrong item, please contact our customer service department via email at sewdupshop@gmail.com. You will be sent a prepaid return label to send the item back to us. Once we receive the item back your new item will be sent out. We must receive the item back within 14 days of you receiving your return label. Any packages returned after this time period will be refused and sent back.

Exchanges

If you would like to make an exchange, your item must be in new, unworn and unwashed condition. The item should be shipped to Sew'd Up Customs (address) Once we receive the item back, we will issue a gift card via email for the price of the shirt. This gift card can be used for any items on our website. If your item is returned and has been worn or washed, it will be donated and no gift card will be issued.

****All exchanges being sent back to Sew'd Up Customs must be postmarked within 10 days of receipt of your original package.****

We DO NOT accept any exchanges on holiday related items.

​

Any exchanged packages postmarked after 10 days of receiving your original package will be refused by Sew'd Up Customs and returned to the sender.

 

Returns

If you would like to return any items, they must be in new, unworn and unwashed condition. The package containing your return products must be post marked within 10 days of receiving your original package from Sew'd Up Customs. Your items will be refunded less the cost of original shipping and there is also a 20% restocking fee for all returned merchandise. If any items are not in new condition, the items will be donated and no refund will be issued.

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges for returns and exchanges.

When returning or exchanging any items, please include the packing slip that was included in your order. Please indicate on the packing slip whether you would like to exchange or return your items. Including this packing slip will help to expedite the return/ exchange process.

Please allow 7 business days for all exchanges and returns to be processed once we receive them. You will receive an email confirmation for your refund once it has been processed.

We do not accept any returns or exchanges on items that are purchased at a wholesale discount or purchased for resale by the customer.
